At Cybersadhu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event something goes wrong with your order, we are here to make it right. Please review the following information to learn about how we handle unexpected issues.
Faulty/damaged products
If your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos that show the issue. Our team will promptly review your case, and if verified, we will gladly send you a replacement. If a replacement isn’t suitable, we can also offer a full refund.
Missing delivery
If you haven't received your order by the estimated delivery date, please help us by doing the following before reaching out:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Check with your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue and make sure you receive your order.
If you find a mistake in your delivery address, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to recover your lost package. In such a case, we’re happy to arrange a replacement for you, but please be aware that we will need to charge you the full cost of the replacement order, including shipping.
To track your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to contact us.
Excange and returns
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we’re here to help. However, due to our environmentally conscious print-on-demand production method, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. Each item is made to order, which means we don’t keep inventory of finished products. An exchange would require producing an entirely new item, which would incur the same costs and environmental impact as the original order. As a small business committed to sustainability, we’re unable to absorb these costs without compromising our mission or passing them on to our customers.
To ensure you get the right fit, please double-check our size guides on each product page before placing your order. We’ve provided detailed measurements to help you choose the best size.
If you’re considering a return for any reason, we kindly ask that you contact us first to discuss the issue before sending anything back. This way, we can find the best solution together and avoid any unnecessary postage costs for you.
Refunds
As outlined above, we can only offer refunds if you receive the wrong item or if your item arrives faulty or damaged. In these cases, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to rectifying the issue by sending you the correct product as quickly as possible. However, if you prefer a refund, that's absolutely fine too. Just let us know in your email when you contact us, and if your complaint is verified, we'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.
