Return Policy
At Cybersadhu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event something goes wrong with your order, we are here to make it right. Please review the following information to learn about how we handle unexpected issues.
Faulty/damaged products
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photos that show the issue. Our team will promptly review your case, and if verified, we will gladly send you a replacement. If a replacement isn’t suitable, we can also offer a full refund.
Missing delivery
If you haven't received your order by the estimated delivery date, please help us by doing the following before reaching out:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Check with your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or with a neighbor, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue and make sure you receive your order.
If you find a mistake in your delivery address, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to recover your lost package. In such a case, we’re happy to arrange a replacement for you, but please be aware that we will need to charge you the full cost of the replacement order, including shipping.
To track your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to contact us.
Excange and returns
We understand that choosing the right size can sometimes prove to be tricky! If your item doesn't fit well, we’re happy to offer an exchange for the correct size. Simply return the item to the address we provide, and we’ll process a replacement once the returned item has been received. Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and each order is eligible for one size exchange only.
To avoid sizing issues, we encourage you to refer to the detailed size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange your item for another product from our store. To initiate the exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, return the unwanted item to the address we provide, and let us know which item you’d like as a replacement.
If the new item costs more than the original purchase, we’ll send you a secure payment link to cover the price difference before processing your exchange. If the new item costs less, we’ll issue you store credit for the difference to use toward a future purchase. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this case as well.
Refunds
As outlined above, we can only offer refunds if you receive the wrong item or if your item arrives faulty or damaged. In these cases, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to rectifying the issue by sending you the correct product as quickly as possible. However, if you prefer a refund, that's absolutely fine too. Just let us know in your email when you contact us, and if your complaint is verified, we'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.
