If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, but please understand that once production begins, we’re unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

If you realize there’s a mistake with your order, such as the wrong size, color, or quantity, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to correct the issue before your order goes into production.

If the mistake is related to your shipping address or name, please let us know as soon as possible. We can usually update this information before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.

In any case, we’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s placing a new order or exploring other options.

The estimated delivery time (EDT) for your order is calculated based on the time needed for production plus the time needed for shipping.

On average, it takes 2–5 business days to fulfill your order, depending on the product and current order volume. After fulfillment, the shipping time varies based on your location and the shipping carrier. The EDT you see at checkout is an estimate based on our historical data for deliveries to your area.

Please note that the EDT is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to a number of factors related to production, or shipping disruptions that might be outside of our control. That said, late deliveries are rare and most likely your parcel will arrive to your door sooner than expected. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please get in touch with us, and we’ll investigate the issue.

The inspiration, however, comes from even farther afield—from the mystical and exotic lands of South and Southeast Asia. The DTG process begins with applying a pre-treatment solution to the garment, which helps the ink bond with the fabric. High-precision printers then spray water-based ink directly onto the garment, where strong chemical reactions attach the ink to the fabric fibers. Finally, the ink is cured to make the print more durable.

The water-based inks we use bond with the fabric at a molecular level, creating prints that are resistant to fading or peeling, even after multiple washes. To keep your prints crisp and vibrant, machine-wash garments on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and don’t iron the prints.
